Rest on Main
Where Main Street Meets the Mountains

Our beautifully restored early 20th-century home offers unique lodging in the heart of East Tennessee’s Appalachian Mountains. A Piece of History
A Home that Watched a Town Grow
This house has stood on the corner of Main Street and 2nd Street since 1915 — around the same time Erwin became the operational heart of the Clinchfield Railroad. It has quietly witnessed over a century of mountain history since, from the roar of the railroad to a Main Street that, just like the people who built it, shines on. Today, that same resilient spirit runs through Rest on Main.
